Death Note

-a day after moving in with L-
Light was trying to plan something. Something to eliminate L once and for all. Light then has an idea and calls Beyond. "Hey, I have a plan..." Light said to Beyond. He then explained his plan in detail. He went to Watari to see if there was anything he could help with in the investigation. "Yes, there has been suspicious activity a few miles from here. If you want you can go with Matsuda and try to help." Watari responded. "Sure, I can do that." Light said as he moved to Matsuda to go to the location. They then went to the location. A man started walking behind Matsuda. The man quietly took out a syringe and injected something in Matsuda. Matsuda then passed out. "Okay, now that that's done. I can take you to meet L. If you disguise as Matsuda." Light explained to Beyond. Beyond then disguised himself as Matsuda. "Okay, Let's go." Beyond said. They then arrived at the headquarters. L was wearing a mask to protect himself on the off chance that Light was Kira. "We couldn't find anything, were you able to find any leads?" Light asked L.

Suddenly a cute, little, pink, fluffy squirrel was suddenly in the headquarters, she turned to Light and said."Hey Kira." and then suddenly left.

L just stood there with the most "WTH" look on his face and began thinking,'Ok how did she get in here. Why did she say that and just WTH in general!' he turned and looked at 'Masuda' "Did you let her in?" he asked with the same expression just glued to his face. He was even standing up straight because this shocked him so much.

"Umm....No! I would never let someone into headquarters..." Beyond responded to L.

Light was really shocked. He was even motionless. "How can this happen? How did she find out? Why is she so blunt about it? In any case, I need to play this off or I'll definitely be killed." Light thought to himself. "Who was that?" Light asked.

"I don't know..."L said he was now a bit suspicious of 'Masuda' because of what he said. "I'm gonna go..."he added and then left to his room with the expression still on his face.

Ryuk was there the entire time and was laugh very hard. "That was amazing!" he said and continued to laugh some more.

"That was...What was that?" Light asked himself. He was too confused than anything else. "Don't worry, if push comes to shove I saw her name." Beyond said to Light.

Watari saw L walk into his office. "Ryuzaki, what's wrong?" He asked L.

"...A random girl somehow got in here, walked up to Light said 'Hi Kira' then left...I think I'm going a bit insane or we really need to tighten our security." L said and he curled his tail around himself.

"Don't worry. You're probably just stressed out about the Kira investigation. Perhaps you should rest, or bring one of them in to help." Watari said to L.

"...I don't sleep Wateri you know this. Bring him in though." L said. He couldn't go to sleep after that stuff happened his mind was somewhat having a breakdown.

"Okay." Watari said as he started to call Mello. "Mello, L and I need your help with the investigation, are you willing to be of help?" Watari asked Mello. "Sure, I'll be there in a day." Mello responded to Watari. "Okay, good news Ryuzaki. Mello is on his way." Watari told L.

"Good...in the meantime can you get me some tea please...?" he replied.

"Well that was great. You may want to get the actual Masuda just in case if he wakes up soon." Ryuk said.

"With pleasure." Watari responded.

"Okay. Beyond, can you drive me and matsuda to the hospital? I want to make it look like I took him there." Light asked Beyond. "Okay. Just make sure you be careful from now on. Who knows what could happen." Beyond responded. They then went to the hospital. Matsuda wakes up in a hospital bed and Light tells him about what happened after he passed out(Fake story). He and Matsuda then started to return to HQ.

L just sat there, he was wondering if he should actually hand this case over to Mello.

Ryuk followed Light around as usual.

Matsuda and Light then arrive at HQ. Light went to his room to research and get his mind off of the events that happened today. "Ryuk, what should I do? I'm not sure if I should kill her or not." Light asked Ryuk.

"Who knows, she could've just been joking around. Maybe you should find out more about her." he suggested.

"Perhaps. But until then I have to be cautious. I don't know how much L suspects me now." Light told Ryuk.

"I think he's more worried about how she got in here in the first place to be honest." he replied.

"Yeah. That's probably true. But I can't afford to take risks. For all I know this could be one of L's plans." Light said to Ryuk.

"I don't think even L would do this. Besides he looked pretty surprised to me. I'd say to investigate the girl." he said.

"Alright. I'll start investigating her tomorrow." Light said to Ryuk, although still feeling a bit uneasy.

"Fine." Ryuk replied.

-a few days later-
Light was doing research on the squirrel that came into headquarters. He sent a text of the squirrels information on an audio file to Beyond. Beyond was intrigued by this. He went to Raku Amane, the squirrel who visited headquarters last night, to see what she was thinking. On his way he saw a figure that looked similar to Raku and proceeded toward it.

Raku had no idea that Beyond was the same man she followed when he was Matsuda. She looked over to see him walking towards her. "Oh um can I help you?" she asked. Her fluffy tail curled itself on it's end a bit when he came over, but she wasn't frightened by him.

"To be honest I'm not sure, I'm curious though. Who do you think Kira is?" Beyond asked in a kind of interested tone. He was a bit hesitant to say much before knowing if it was her or not.

"I guess that's kind of an strange question, but I think it's a guy called Light Yagami." she answered. She was now kind of curious in Beyond, no one asked her kind of flat out like that. Normally she would lie, but she didn't think a lot of people would believe her anyways.

"Interesting...Now for my real question. Why and how do you get into a high security headquarters like its nothing?" Beyond asked. His tone had gone to a bit more serious.
