Anyway, I've been drawing Phillip... And now I feel bad for almost scrapping him completely. owo" I also realized how not often I drew him... Seriously. I was using a picture from back when Kolerin was Sonic for a partial reference... Good times.

I still don't really remember Phillip that much though. I just remember that he was an otter, had whiskers, and was sad and jumpy. XDDD
