Nick just needed some time away from everyone. Of course, he wasn't really that important and just dissapeared into the crowd a lot, but there were times when he just needed to be alone and out of the thing that wanted to sufficate him. The air was warm as he walked, his boots crunching on pine needles and sticks that littered the grass strewn ground. He really shouldn't be in the forest, especially after what just happened (it spread like wildfire), but this was the only place where he could really go. The fox glanced down at his prosthetic hand and sighed, before looking back around the forest, feeling at ease here.

(I'm feeling a little bit better today! ^7^ Yaaay!

Nick, you will get a new hand, dammit!)

Malt was in the forest as well. People were so busy with Chase hurt and now Roy's sickness. She felt too cluttered around people. She didn't know a lot of people in the group, but she didn't mind.

Nick's white pelt and blue hair stood out greatly against the colours of the forest, but he wasn't all that afraid for an attack.... not a lot of people were up here besides the DevaShrouds and people from the Sect. He kept on walking, and was slowly nearing the very stream that Chase had nearly drowned in.... he saw the footsteps of about four different people all over the place, with a vine hanging over a tree branch and a tree halfway in the water. Nick grimaced a little, before walking away from it, but still following it, as he didn't want to fall in.

(Oh, okay. Sorry for the distraction. ^^"

Nick: ....that's the problem. It doesn't.... it was all my family could really afford at the time.... *knows exactly where this is going and shivers a little, pulling a face* eme"

Malt kind of stood out with her shiny metal arms and bright red hair and some parts of white on her. However, the blackness on the ends of her hair might've blend it in a little bit. Her pink eyes looked around to spot something white. "Who's there?" she called.

EJ: *pats Nick's shoulder* Don't worry, we'll take care of you. My prosthetics won't cost you anything, and I always make it so they can be disengaged in the case of an emergency or malfunction. Though, when you reattach it, I'd advise you have me or Tina help you, at least until you're used to using it. You can damage it or yourself if you're not careful.)
