Shay watched the waterfall again for a moment, then decided he was wet enough from the mist coming off of it and took a few steps back, closer to Alpha. He picked at his shirt, which was just barely wet enough to stick to his scrawny self a little, while his pale hair glistened as it stuck to his forehead. Sarcastically, he said, "Hey, didja know that waterfalls involve water and you can get wet?" He still looked up at the tumble of water again, though, his actions clarifying that he enjoyed it nonetheless.

Meanwhile, Scotty and Stone had finally been allowed to go home... with one of them having recovered from a recent heart attack of sorts and the other so stiff he could barely stand up or sit down by himself, they were both in need of some downtime. Not that Scotty was cooperating with that much... He was paranoid. When they sat together on the couch, he kept reaching over to poke at Stone, or asked him how he was feeling, only to then shift away again as though afraid of being close to him. The sheep barely even made any eye contact.

Greyson was back home with Minene... It was their second day together, and the child was more relaxed around him, which made Greyson a bit more relaxed as well. Enough that he began making some of his usual stupid mistakes. For example, when he was cleaning the kitchen floor, he forget to start from the back of the room... he ended up stuck in the center with a wet floor all around him. When he tried to take a step forward to leave, his foot slipped, and he fell onto the floor in a clumsy heap of furry and scaly limbs, his violet eyes wide as he hit the tile. "Ow..." When he tried to get up, he slipped around, falling over again. "Dammit!"

"What are you doing Greyson?" Minene asked. She was sitting on the couch, but she could easily hear Greyson from there. She didn't know what kind of stuff he was up to. She might be more relaxed, but she still wondered how he was still around when he was so clumsy most of the time.

Swan wasn't allowed to leave just yet. She was still kind of weak and the doctors wanted to observe her for a little while longer. She made Scotty promise that since she can't do it right now, Scotty will take him back to the doctors one a week for a check up.

Sandi had been unconscious for most of the time. Her stump still hurt a bit. She didn't see her parents so she was able to guess that they freaked out too much. She asked for the only other person she cared about. "S-shay? Where's Shay?" she asked the healers. She was worried since Shay wasn't here and neither of her parents were there either.

(Greyson... Holy shit...

Tina: o~o I could have just moved you....

Well, I don't think you're home right now, so that doesn't exactly do shit. XP)

"Well, you were the one that wanted to stand closer to it." Alpha replied to Shay, and smiled a little at the bat's sarcasm, "It's refreshing, though, don't you think?" The hybrid could still feel the mist coming off the falls faintly, but was still pretty much dry. The gryphon ran a hand through his hair, and pushed it back out of his face.

The way that Scotty was acting now just gave Stone unnecessary anxiety. It really did. Especially since Scotty wouldn't stop asking if he was feeling okay or not. No matter how often he reassured his boyfriend, he would ask a few minutes later... Although, Stone did understand why he was acting paranoid, and appreciated it, even though it wasn't doing Scotty any good, either. Stone was exhausted, too, so he wasn't exactly in the mood to really respond to Scotty, not that it was his fault.

"Uh... cleaning the floor...?" Greyson was very embarrassed to hear the little kid asking him what he was doing, as though she knew very well that he was messing up somehow. The hybrid carefully weaseled his way across the floor, sort of half-sliding and half-crawling until he got to a dry spot and could stand up. He coughed awkwardly, and checked himself over for bruises from when he fell. "I just fell down... I'm alright. Do you need anything, Minene?"

Shay shrugged, then nodded. "Yeah, sure... anyway, now what? We found the waterfall..." He couldn't think of anything else to do, since he wasn't exactly used to socializing... and to be honest, he was thinking about what he could be doing at work right now. Forcing himself not to think about the infirmary, he looked over at Alpha, nudging bits of his hair out of his face so he could actually see him.

Scotty was sure to keep his distance when he wasn't pestering Stone... He sad next to him on the couch, yes, but was sure that they weren't touching at all, except for when he reached over to feel the hybrid's pulse. The sheep nervously slumped down on the sofa, his aching back protesting, and asked, "Are you sure you feel alright, Benjy...?"

(We need to do the bit with Roy and Lance! Pleeeeeeeeeease!!!! :3)

Jonah was out and about again and upon seeing how beautiful a day it was going to be he grabbed the rest of his enhancements [namely the armor plating for his limbs and chest] and decided to go work out...today felt like a run day.

Storm was still pondering her conversation with Cody. It had been almost a week since he died, slain by Jonah in one final duel. But no matter how many times she played back his final words to her the AI was unable to grasp his motives why he had challenged Jonah to this duel. Why die at her master's hands? There must have been reasons. She'd had asked Jonah about it but not even her cyborg master could tell her a specific reason all he gave her was vauge information regarding honor ideals and causes people fight for yet dont believe in...it puzzeled her to no end.

Roy: ...I'm kind of not lookeeng forward to zis.

I know. XP)

"I don't know. I didn't exactly think that much farther from following the river to see where it took us... Well, the waterfall's water does need to come from somewhere, does it not?" Alpha shrugged a little, his broad shoulders moving up and down, "We still have a lot of time, but not forever. I haven't really appreciated nature in a long time."

"Yes, Scotty..." Stone replied, with a little bit of a sigh in his voice. "I'm just tired..." The hybrid reached up to brush some of his ruffled ginger hair out of his face, and just let his arm fall back down into his lap after. Benjamin craved Scotty's touch, he really did, but he didn't feel like moving at all.
